Friday, November 14th was a perfect day. The skies were blue, the weather was warm, and the long-awaited Tokyo Disney Resort trip had arrived!
Each student chose between Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, and then entered a magical world dressed up for the holidays. Our cameras were worked overtime as everyone was immediately surrounded by beautiful scenery and cute characters.
The teachers then helped the students, particularly the beginner students who had never been to the park before, plan their day by explaining the Fastpass system and directing them to the various shows and rides. It was relatively busy for a weekday, but we had gone with the simple goal of relaxing, and that seemed to have been accomplished.
At the end of the day, people commented that although they were tired, it had been a fun day. Others exclaimed that they had liked a ride so much they had ridden it twice, while their classmates reported that they had bought a lot of souvenirs. All in all, it was a lovely day that everyone will have fond memories of.
