It has already been three months since our new students arrived in the middle of April. How has life in Japan been treating them?
Student A: “Teacher, Japanese food isn’t good! I miss my mother’s cooking…”
Student B: “Teacher, Japan is so convenient. Everyone is kind, and Japanese girls are pretty!”
Student C: “Teacher, it’s so difficult! Everyday I have to cook for myself, clean up after myself, and do my own laundry. I miss my parents!”
As you can see, everyone has different thoughts of life in Japan, but the unifying feature is the marked improvement in being able to convey their opinions in Japanese. It’s always wonderful to see the daily progress made by the students.
Let’s keep up the good work!!
