Intensive Learning!
"Individual Academic Program System" at Musashi-Urawa.
 At
Musashi-Urawa, we have introduced an "Individual Academic Program
System" as a means to providing thorough student instruction and
academic counseling. Students arrive with diverse academic goals, different Japanese language abilities as well as various academic levels in subjects
such as Math and English. This system was developed in order for each student to achieve significant levels of success. The study program
that is best suited for each student's needs is
designed by one of our specially trained advisers. As well, we offer
one-on-one instruction during the application process, essay writing
and interviews
before the student writes post-secondary institutions' entrance exams.
Full Support for Graduate School Preparation.
At Musashi-Urawa, we advise and instruct each student individually
during the process of collecting information regarding graduate schools,
contacting the graduate school instructors as well as preparing a research
proposal in Japanese. Although the preparation for entering Japanese graduate
schools is very difficult to understand for international students compared
to undergraduate courses, experienced academic instructors are close by
to provide the necessary support.
Studying in a Safe Environment!
Quiet environment and clean facilities.
 All
visitors to Musashi-Urawa, including international students and people
who are involved in Japanese language instructions, are impressed
with the learning environment. This might be due to the fact that
the building is simple and elegant with many large classrooms and
is located in
a quiet
residential area. The closest railway station, Musashi-Urawa, is
conveniently located, only about 18 minutes from JR Ikebukuro Station.
Dedicated staff adviser at the Student Affairs Section.
Studying abroad can have its challenges. Our dedicated
staff place the students' concerns and mental health above all else
and are there when the students require assistance.
Dormitory exclusively for Musashi-Urawa students.
Housing in Japan is always a concern for international students, but the student
need not worry. We have an apartment-style dormitory where a student can
feel safe and need only to concentrate on his/her studies.

Have Fun Studying!
Various community events.
 Life
as an international student can be challenging both financially and mentally.
At Musashi-Urawa, we are committed to planning and organizing activities
so that students can get to know each other and the local residents as
well. In this way the students can better enjoy studying in Japan. Activities
may include a variety of cultural experiences such as Mochi-tsuki (rice-cake
making) and Japanese soba-noodle making as well as open school events such
as the Doll Festival and the School Cultural Festival.
